I think THIS is what we should be concentrating on, regarding the bonfire scene.

Hi there! Thanks for the input. Actually, I think it just completely compliments the previous observations. Sherlock does have a heart, it’s vulnerable, and we all know it. I think this season will focus more on that part of his journey. And of course, John is at the very heart of that journey (did you see what I did there?) ;)
It doesn’t really matter where the threat is coming from, the remaining Moriarty gang or some new menace, it’s how it affects Sherlock and John’s relationship that is at the heart of the entire story. (did it again!)
