August is end of summer, most of the Autumn schedules kick off in September but it’s not that odd for the Beeb to stick something good on that little bit earlier. Doctor Who starts in August this year as well

I’d be more concerned if it was going out right as the Olympics were happening. That’s a sure way for episodes to get shunted around, delayed and lost
